Consultancy
We assist the entrepreneur or function manager during
the various phases of the managerial process, with the
aim of:

Outsourcing
Not all companies have their own MARKETING DEPARTMENT
capable of defining development strategies, implementing
operational marketing, devising sales strategies, providing
backup and co-ordination of sales organisations and
handling company communication. In these cases, the
company relies on INNOCREA to cover the function or
handle special projects for a limited or indefinite
period. This usually leads to a comprehensive business
partnership.
Training
Customised courses in those sectors covered by the consultancy
are organised for client company entrepreneurs, top
and middle management. Training is complementary to
and integrated with the consultancy activities implemented.
This comprises operational back up of the human resources
involved in marketing and sales with the aim of improving
performance to cope with new responsibilities.
